Asset Manager/Property Manager Job Description

This is a full-time role that offers flexibility to achieve a work-life balance. We prioritize our colleagues' well-being and provide flexibility in line with the needs of their role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Property team, Head of Property, and Property Director to deliver business plan objectives.
  • Manage lease renewals and rent reviews to ensure best value for the business.
  • Collaborate with externally appointed surveyors and consultants to conclude legal transactions and agreements.
  • Support the delivery of the refit programme to maintain and improve the estate.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize asset value.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Master's in Estate Management or a related field.
  • Experience in Landlord and Tenant, property/asset management.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
