Exciting Opportunity for Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer

Our client, a leading consultancy with global presence, is seeking an experienced Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their esteemed Building Services Engineering Team.

As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on prestigious projects worldwide, developing your skills and expertise in building services engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed design as part of a design team
  • Use specialist software and resources to design project systems
  • Design site-specific equipment as required
  • Oversee and supervise installation of building systems and specify maintenance procedures
  • Attend project group and technical meetings
  • Ensure design and maintenance meet legislative and health and safety requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Building Services Consultancy
  • Accredited Building Services degree or higher educational qualification
  • Experience in building services design role, running projects from conception to completion
  • Ideal candidate working towards chartered engineer status
  • Experience using design software such as IES and Hevacomp
  • Ideal candidate holding a full UK driving license
