At Lookers Volkswagen Blackpool, we are seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join our dynamic workshop team. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle health checks, services, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough vehicle health checks using the latest technology and diagnostic tools.
  • Perform vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests.
  • Carry out additional repairs once authorized by the customer, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and relevant documentation.
  • Conduct road tests to ensure all faults are rectified and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work completed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working within a workshop environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. A full UK driving license and completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification are essential. MOT license and brand experience are desirable but not mandatory.
