Location - Hampshire

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer / Heat Pump Installer to join our team at Alecto Recruitment Limited. As a fully employed and paye position, you will work as a Heating / Heat Pump Engineer throughout Hampshire, typically within a 1 hour radius and covering areas such as Portsmouth, Fareham, Southampton etc.

You will be responsible for mainly installing Air Source Heat Pumps and Ground Source Heat Pumps, along with components such as cylinders, radiators etc. throughout both domestic and some commercial properties. A standard 40 hour week (Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm) is expected.

Key Skills Required:
  • Qualified domestic plumbing and heating engineer - NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds trained
  • Ideally unvented hot water cylinders, water regs etc.
  • Air Source Heat Pump and Ground Source Heat Pump installation experience is desired, however not essential
  • Could potentially suit a good Plumber or Gas / Heating Engineer who is keen to move into Renewables
  • Experience of installing full heating systems, knowledge of S, C and Y plans
  • You'll need to live local to Hampshire
