Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Cera Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. You will also provide companionship and reassurance to our clients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.50-£11.90 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including enhanced bank holiday pay, holiday pay, and pension scheme. You will also receive free DBS/PVG checks, company mobile phone, and uniform provided, paid mileage between visits, and access to our benefits and discounts platform WeCare.
