About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a highly organized and motivating individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for supporting a caseload of participants, producing vocational profiles, and developing effective action plans to help them access the support they need.

  • You'll work closely with employers to support job matching, job carving, and reasonable adjustments, ensuring that participants receive the best possible support.
  • You'll be responsible for managing a complex caseload of participants, positively overcoming multiple barriers to employment on an outreach basis in the communities you'll operate in.
  • You'll be a local area expert, with strong knowledge of services and employers and support available in your community.
  • You'll be required to travel regularly to support participants, effectively managing your diary to achieve this.
