About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Verification and Validation Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Signaling department, you will be responsible for leading the verification and validation of our signaling projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the verification and validation strategy for our signaling projects, ensuring that they meet the required quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Develop and implement verification and validation plans, including the definition of test cases, test procedures, and test data.
  • Lead and manage a team of verification and validation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their responsibilities and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Test and Commissioning, to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure that their needs are met and that our projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Ensure that our verification and validation processes are aligned with industry standards and best practices, and that our team is trained and competent to perform their roles.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a strong background in verification and validation.
  • Proven experience in leading verification and validation teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
