About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Verification and Validation Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the verification and validation of our signaling projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the verification and validation strategy for our signaling projects
  • Collaborate with our Test and Commissioning team to ensure seamless integration and testing
  • Develop and implement verification and validation plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Lead a team of verification and validation specialists to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects
  • Ensure independence of verification from design

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or related subject
  • Good analytical skills and previous experience in test and integration
  • Knowledge of at least one Alstom platform
  • Leadership and team management skills
