Care Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Organise and deliver activities tailored to meet the needs and preferences of residents, promoting dignity and respect.
- Source activity opportunities from local community groups and organisations, enriching resident experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and feedback, informing future care planning.
- No formal qualifications required, but previous care experience is beneficial.
- An outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and resident relationships.
- Full-time hours with flexibility to accommodate individual needs, ensuring work-life balance.
- Shorter shifts available for optimal care delivery.
- NVQ training and DBS check provided free of charge, enhancing professional development.
