Job Title: Care Home Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
