We Are Swim is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team of aquatic professionals.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about teaching swimming and making a positive impact on the lives of our students. As a Swimming Instructor with We Are Swim, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons that are engaging, fun, and safe for all students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our students and align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and techniques.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for teaching swimming and making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
