Swimming Teacher Role

We are seeking a skilled and patient Swimming Teacher to join our team at The Sands Centre and Trinity LC in Carlisle. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in developing our customers' swimming skills and providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual needs and learning styles.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of customers at all times.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of the Centre.
  • Assist with new-enrolments and re-enrolments as required.
  • Record and complete relevant awards in line with expected standards.
Requirements:
  • STA Award or Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
  • National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and relevant legislation.
  • Understanding of Child Protection Policy.
