About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Galbraith. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, driving business growth, and leading a team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving business growth
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of marketing professionals

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary, with a band of between £55k-£65k, depending on experience
