About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism, Mental Health, and Learning Disabilities to live independently in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to Support Workers in their day-to-day activities
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Induct new staff members to their roles
  • Manage rotas and supervise staff
  • Coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Embed quality support for the individuals we support
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Support Work or Healthcare
  • Ability to drive
  • Flexible and patient approach
  • Non-judgmental attitude
  • Ability to complete physical aspects of the role, including manual handling
