Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Analyst

As a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the Oracle Cloud fusion application, including production support and continuous improvement enhancement support.
Key Responsibilities:- Working as part of the Oracle Fusion HCM maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of the application.
- Developing and supporting expert users in the business to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle.
- Collaborating with relevant HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes.
- Working with Senior Business Users to clarify requirements and design specifications.
- Minimum of four Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or supporting role experience.
- Proven experience in HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formula, BPM Approvals, and PBL.
- Development of core HR reports using relevant Oracle reporting functionality.
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and working understanding of Integrations and Release Management.
- Expertise in HCM Payroll Cloud (UK Payroll) - Payroll processing.
- Desirable skills include expertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Benefits.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a flexible attitude and ability to work in a Global delivery environment.
