Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional HCM Analyst

Role: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional HCM Senior Analyst

Job Type: Fixed-Term

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional HCM Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the Oracle Cloud fusion application, including production support and continuous improvement enhancement support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support expert users in the business and work with them to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle.
  • Experience with a minimum of four Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or in a supporting role for Oracle Fusion HCM Application modules - core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent and Goals.
  • Proven experience in HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formula, BPM Approvals, PBL.
  • Development of core HR reports using relevant Oracle reporting functionality (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics etc.).
  • Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and working understanding of Integrations and Release Management.
  • Expertise in HCM Payroll Cloud (UK Payroll) - Payroll processing.
  • Expertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits is preferred.
