Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in London. As a key member of our mechanical engineering group, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in mechanical building services design, a recognized mechanical engineering qualification, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced engineer to take on a project leader role within our mechanical team. You will oversee medium to large-sized projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Deliver engineering services from design through to construction, focusing on commercial office projects in London and other sectors.
  • Apply deep technical knowledge and skills to manage complex projects, coordinating all aspects and integrating them into a cohesive whole.
  • Design and document systems through various phases, from concept to detailed documentation, ensuring that all project activities and designs meet required standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of engineering experience in mechanical building services design.
  • A recognized mechanical engineering qualification.
  • Ability to independently complete engineering analysis and design of mechanical systems, as well as liaise with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Previous project leader/project management experience with multi-disciplinary project teams, including managing project resources and finances.
