As an ERT Team Member, you will play a critical role in providing immediate tactical responses to defend our personnel, facilities, and assets against identified threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties as part of a tactical team, providing armed response and utilizing special weapons and tactics.
  • Establish a blocking force to delay or deny threat elements and conduct search and clearance operations of facilities and areas when required.
  • Coordinate and liaise with all other sections within the Security Group for response to situations as directed by the Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, or ERT Manager.
  • Participate in daily briefings and training, and remain cognizant of emerging threats and vulnerabilities that may adversely impact the program.
  • Act in accordance with and enforce all applicable policies, rules, regulations, and laws of Host Nation and US governments, as well as Corporate, Program, and Security management offices.

Requirements:

  • A college degree is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.
  • Private Security Company Level III certification or equivalent is required, and fluency in English (speaking and writing) is also required.
  • High computer literacy, including proficiency with the MS Office suite, is required, and knowledge and experience with foreign weapon systems is also required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working in security roles with a Private Security Company, Government Agency, Military Combat Arms Specialty (Infantry, Armor, Security Forces, etc.), Law Enforcement Agency, or a combination thereof is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in security roles within an internationally recognized conflict zone is also required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Willingness to be flexible with work hours and to respond quickly to time-sensitive or urgent requirements.
