Job Role

The successful candidate will be part of our dynamic Critical Care Recovery (CCR) Service, providing individualised therapy assessment and rehabilitation to ICU survivors within the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide rehabilitation to individuals in ICU, HDU and step-down wards on the Royal Infirmary Site.
  2. Participate in the CCR monthly outpatient follow-up clinic.
  3. Work closely with the CCR multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
  1. Excellent clinical reasoning in both critical care and ward-based environments.
  2. Advanced ability to prioritise and discharge plan for a wide range of presentations.
  3. Previous experience of working in a rehabilitation setting and within critical care.
  4. Experience in service development and quality improvement projects.
