Job Description

Email Campaign Management Role

This is a client-facing, hands-on email campaign management position working across a range of clients in various industries, including sport, media, travel, beauty, gaming, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns using Braze, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools.
  • Work across data selection of target audiences, implementation of campaign journeys, set up and deployment of scheduled, automated, and triggered campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams, including strategy, production, data, and project management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in email campaign management, including data selections, implementation of campaign journeys, and deployment of campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using one of the following campaign management tools: Braze, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Bloomreach, or similar.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients and build strong relationships.
