We are recruiting for a Comprehensive Brain Injury Care Professional to join our team at Enviva Complex Care in Middlesbrough. Job Details:

This role involves delivering personalized care and support to our client, which includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, driving to school and daily trips.
  • Monitoring health conditions and administering medication as required.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our client.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in care and a strong understanding of the importance of following care plans and protocols.

Essential Requirements:
  • Care experience essential with a good grounding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
  • Able to drive with a valid UK license.

As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including training, a supportive environment, and opportunities for professional development.
