Removals Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Removals Sales Surveyor to join our team at Red Recruit. As a specialist recruitment agency in the Removals industry, we are looking for a skilled professional to manage sales activities and assist in branch operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess customer requirements and provide accurate quotations for domestic moves
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are understood and met throughout the moving process
- Carry out video surveys to assess customer requirements
- Follow up on all sales estimates to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Liaise with the operations team to plan and coordinate removal projects
- Work closely with move consultants to provide detailed information regarding the move
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation for excellence in customer service
- Experience in the Removals industry, preferably in a Surveying position
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Sound knowledge of removal procedures, packing techniques, and moving regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
- BAR qualifications would be an advantage
- A Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for on-site surveys and client meetings
