Removals Sales Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Removals Sales Surveyor to join our team at Red Recruit. As a specialist recruitment agency for the Removals industry, we are looking for a skilled professional to manage sales activities and assist in branch operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer requirements and provide accurate quotations for domestic moves
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are understood and met throughout the moving process
  • Carry out video surveys to assess customer requirements
  • Follow up on all sales estimates to ensure timely and efficient execution
  • Liaise with the operations team to plan and coordinate removal projects
  • Work closely with move consultants to provide detailed information regarding the move
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation for excellence in customer service
Requirements:
  • Experience of domestic moves and sales and estimating experience
  • Sound knowledge of removal procedures, packing techniques, and moving regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
  • BAR qualifications would be an advantage
  • A Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for on-site surveys and client meetings
