This is an amazing role for someone who wants to make a real difference in someone's life and help them grow in confidence and independence. As a Support Worker, you'll have the chance to work with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
We're interested in Support Workers who hold a full UK driving license, are resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice is also essential. If you're passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our service users and have a genuine caring attitude, we encourage you to apply.
