About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism to live happy, fulfilled, and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
  • Supporting our people to access the community; including social activities and appointments.
  • Supporting with personal care.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Encouraging and promoting independence.
