**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Senior Manager to join our team at Adam Appointments Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our resilience capability, driving the bank-wide resilience programme, and working with senior leaders across the business to ensure the delivery of resilient solutions for customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------

* Develop and implement a resilience strategy, policy, and framework that aligns with industry good practice and regulatory expectation
* Lead on strategic improvements, working with senior leaders across the business, including ExCo members
* Embed an efficient and effective resilience culture within the Bank, through suitable processes and controls that work with colleagues in line with our Agile@ scale operating model
* Experience of Operational Risk frameworks and policy management
* Leadership skills, developing a team and building capability across colleagues in the organisation
