Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales / Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Charisma Exec in Leeds 15.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling high volumes of inbound calls, and providing administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle inbound calls, taking ownership of each enquiry and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Process orders, manage returns, and handle invoice management with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, communicating effectively and providing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize MS Office software to perform administrative tasks, including email management and data entry.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in customer service and administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a team player, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines. Knowledge of MS Office software is essential, and experience with email management and live chat is desirable.
