The ideal candidate will have experience with finance software, especially purchase ledger and ordering systems, and be able to work closely with the procurement team to ensure accurate matching of purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily purchase invoices on the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Respond to supplier, contractor, and internal queries regarding accounts payable and payments.
- Follow up on the approval of invoices registered in the system.
- Conduct regular supplier statement reconciliations, resolving queries, and tracking missing invoices.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Review and process employee expenses and manual claims.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
