As a senior lawyer, you will be responsible for handling judicial review cases, advising colleagues on regulatory litigation and strategies, and collaborating on policy and process decisions across all stakeholders within the organisation. You will have a proven understanding of public and administrative law, encompassing judicial review and the principles of fair decision-making.
