**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Pastoral Support Specialist to join our team at a North Shropshire school. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to support student wellbeing and engagement.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and address areas of need.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in education or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pastoral support role.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
