About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team at Meraki Talent Ltd. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a vital role in providing top-tier advice and reports to our clients, assisting our Partners in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality financial advice and reports to clients, working closely with our Partners to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Compile comprehensive financial due diligence reports for review by our Partners, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Actively participate in managing buy and sell-side transactions, working closely with clients to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through networking initiatives, identifying and pursuing new revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Hold full qualifications (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) or be in progress with relevant practical experience. Alternatively, possess another pertinent professional qualification or experience in related fields like banking or private equity.
  • Have direct experience in lead advisory or transaction services, or demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in the role.
  • Display exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Maintain an established network of contacts and actively engage in networking and business development initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to ongoing learning and professional development (CPD).
  • Exhibit flexibility in approach to work and demonstrate readiness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
