Job Opportunity:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced retail environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at the Harry Potter Store in Kings Cross Station.

About the Role:
As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards of merchandising and housekeeping, and working collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets. You will also be required to engage with customers on photo opportunities outside the shop and demonstrate a passion for the Harry Potter brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Engage with customers on photo opportunities outside the shop and promote the Harry Potter brand.

Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience or experience working with the public.
  • Selling skills and the ability to proactively seek out opportunities to increase sales.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the Harry Potter brand.
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours a week on a shift pattern.
