Full Life Cycle Software Development Manager

A forward-thinking professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Software Development Manager to lead our team of software engineers and Power BI Developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary development team, including software engineers and Power BI Developers.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle: planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements, goals, and timelines.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in software engineering and Power BI, with experience in managing full-lifecycle software development projects in complex environments. A solid understanding of software engineering principles and Agile or Scrum project management methodologies is essential.

Location: Northampton, commutable from the Midlands and surrounding areas.Salary: up to £95,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
