Private Client Fee Earner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Fee Earner to join our busy department in Melton Mowbray. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running your own caseload of administration of Estates, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of private client cases, including Wills, Estates, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on private client matters
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in private client law and best practices

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced fee earner with strong Wills, LPA's, and Estate's experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
