About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated solicitor to manage a substantial workload, primarily consisting of estate administration matters, including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, with some Deputyship and Trust work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a substantial workload of estate administration matters, including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Prepare and advise on estate administration matters, including Deputyship and Trust work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the law firm
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Private Client law
  • Strong experience in Wills, LPA's, Estates, Trusts, and Deputyship work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
