We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our Employment Team, you will work closely with clients to provide specialist employment law and HR advisory services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Senior Employment Lawyer to take their career to the next level in private practice. With circa 5+ years of experience, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients across various industries.

About the Role:

  • Lead the delivery of specialist employment law and HR advisory services to clients
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the firm

Requirements:

  • Circa 5+ years of experience as a Senior Employment Lawyer
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
