Fleetwood Hall Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group, is a modern 62-bed residential facility located near the beautiful Lancashire coastline. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional care in a warm and supportive environment under the experienced leadership of Manager Joanne.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Practitioner to join our night team and help us continue to deliver the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
- Administering medication in accordance with care plans and ensuring accurate documentation
- Offering emotional support and companionship to residents
- Helping residents lead fulfilling lives, respecting their hobbies, preferences, and abilities
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety within the care home
- Taking on senior responsibilities, including staff supervision, appraisals, record-keeping, and coordinating with external professionals
