Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

As a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness across our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement new processes and strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and minimize downtime
- Analyze data to inform process improvements and measure their effectiveness
- Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, operations management)
- Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
