About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at Brighton & Hove Clinic. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of structured activities and assisting in the planning of individual and group therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other MDT staff in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans.
  • Support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.
  • Maintain adequate records, entering details in the service user healthcare records.
Requirements
  • GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2.
  • Experience in a similar environment & Mental Health.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
About the Team

You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team that provides CAMHS Tier 4 service for young people aged 12-18 with a prime diagnosis of eating disorders and who may have other mental health conditions. Our service creates bespoke programmes that provide person-centred care to support each person's physical, medical, and mental health needs.
