Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and needs of clients with disabilities.
  • Liaise with various professionals, including statutory and community resources, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve the quality of life for clients.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants and students on placements to provide valuable learning experiences.

Requirements: HCPC registration, experience in social services, and possession of a valid car driver's license.
