Head of Legal

Are you a seasoned legal professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic FinTech start-up? We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Legal to join our team in Central London.

About the Role:

  • Oversee all legal aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Navigate complex compliance, regulatory standards, and risk management to provide strategic legal guidance.
  • Shape the company's legal framework, ensuring robust legal processes and a culture of compliance.
  • Liaise with external lawyers and manage commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, financing, GDPR, employment, and visa/immigration work.

Requirements:

  • 7+ PQE with experience at a Tier 1 law firm and in-house experience.
  • Strong understanding of the intricate legal landscape within the finance and tech sectors.
