About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional with experience in leading legal teams to oversee all legal aspects of our client's business. As Head of Legal, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and business transactions are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all legal aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Navigate the complexities of compliance, regulatory standards, and risk management.
  • Provide strategic legal guidance to support the company's rapid growth.
  • Shape the company's legal framework, ensuring robust legal processes.
  • Liaise with the company's panel of external lawyers.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 5-9 years of post-qualification experience, preferably at a Tier 1 law firm. You will have a deep understanding of the intricate legal landscape within the finance and tech sectors.
