About the Job

Axon Moore is seeking an experienced Reward and Benefits Manager to join their team. This role will focus on total reward packages, covering compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, job evaluation, recognition programs, and performance-based reward initiatives.

Job Requirements

This is a strategic and operational leadership position that requires a strong understanding of reward management within a large, complex, and unionized organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a robust and equitable rewards strategy, delivering innovative reward solutions, and driving initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement reward and benefits strategies that support business performance and employee retention
  • Partner with senior leadership, the broader people team, and operational colleagues to create a high-performance culture
  • Drive change management initiatives to align reward programs with organisational transformation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reward management within a large, complex, and unionised organisation
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing reward and benefits strategies
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification in Strategic HR or Reward Management

Salary and Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
