We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. This role is ideal for a qualified lawyer with 4+ years of PQE experience.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will be involved in a broad range of real estate work for a varied client base. You will work closely with our Partners, supporting on larger transactions and projects, and collaborate with colleagues in other office locations.

  • You will be responsible for supporting juniors within the team, aiding the long-term growth and development of our Glasgow team.
  • You must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • You will be a forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills, and be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
  • You will be commercially aware, with some exposure to business development, and have the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships.
  • You will contribute to our collaborative culture, with an ambition to assist in the development of junior team members.
