Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer booking systems for Visitor Management, Meeting Rooms, and Desk Bookings, ensuring seamless coordination and setup.
  • Ensure clear desk policy and cleanliness are maintained throughout the office, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Report any building issues to the relevant teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and teams, providing timely updates and ensuring clear understanding of progress and issues.
  • Assist the TSB team leaders with desk management, ensuring maximum availability and cleanliness.
  • Manage consumable stocks, ensuring effective inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Oversee unlock and lock processes, ensuring security and safety protocols are maintained.
  • Manage team rotas, OOH requests, and keyholding requests, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Relevant hospitality and customer-focused service delivery experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with clients and teams at all levels.
  • Good understanding of H&S requirements within the office workspace.
Key Competencies:
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer-facing skills, with ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with ability to articulate details clearly and simply.
  • Leadership: Good supervisory skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team.

Salary: £19 per hour
