Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Overview:
Synergi Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading FMCG manufacturers. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery, working closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance activities on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to production processes.
- Working with the production team to ensure that maintenance activities are completed within scheduled timeframes.
- Diagnosing faults and completing root cause analysis to identify and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Recognized engineering qualification.
- FMCG experience.
- Good understanding of process, products, and quality procedures.
- PLC fault finding skills.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental aspects.
