Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our IntelliPen administration platform, a state-of-the-art pensions and benefits administration system. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a prioritized product roadmap, managing the backlog of work, and ensuring clarity on what is being worked on and the key outcomes you are driving.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivery and executing at pace, while always advocating for the 'why'. You will be commercially-minded with a proven ability to manage product value risks and have excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor product performance, analyzing key metrics and customer feedback, and make insight-backed recommendations for new products, features, enhancements, or defect resolution.
- Balance feature requests from clients, industry, and regulatory requirements and exploit new and emerging technologies to create a compelling product roadmap.
- Monitor progress against plan, manage change and risk effectively, and proactively communicate out to teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Advocate for product ways of working and be the voice of the customer.
- Create clear product requirement documents and other agile product artefacts for any future changes/releases and our standard product offering.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Product Manager/Senior Product Owner in an agile environment or have been through transformation to agile.
- Hard product skills including prioritization, roadmapping, UX, and backlog management.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication (written, verbal, and non-verbal) and collaboration skills.
- Strong focus on delivery and executing at pace, while always advocating for the 'why'.
- Commercially-minded with proven ability to manage product value risks.
