Job Role
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, to provide support and care to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily routines, personal care, and providing emotional support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide personal care, including washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use
- Offer emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible care for our residents
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual, with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with our residents and their families.
