About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team at Avonbourne Care Centre. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting the Home Manager in the delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents
  • Plan and implement care plans through continuous assessment and evaluation
  • Support the Home Manager in the management of the care team
  • Ensure the wellbeing of our residents and provide a safe and supportive environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting and hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to study for it. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be a positive role model with the ability to motivate others to deliver the best possible care.
