Care Home Manager Role

Job Title: Unit Manager (RGN, RMN, RNLD)

Location: Rotherham, S64 5UW

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your nursing leadership skills and make a real difference every day as our new Unit Manager at Potters Green care home in Rotherham.

You will work at a senior level under the leadership of the Clinical Nurse Manager to manage a team of nursing and care colleagues, ensuring that the medical, physical and emotional needs of the people we support are met.

We support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities including acquired brain injuries, Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease, and physical health needs. As a Unit Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you will be at the forefront of clinical care delivery for the people living on your designated unit.

The salary for this role is estimated at £21.20 per hour, reflecting the demands of the position and the location.
